About 8 months ago Chris and I bought our first house!
Slowly we have been putting up decorations and making it look a little bit more like a home. We bought couches for our living room, but we could not find any pictures for the living room wall that we liked enough to spend a whole lot of money on. Finally, today we were at Hobby Lobby and found pictures that were PERFECT for our living room! We put them up, and now our living room is just the way I was hoping it would be! It is warm and cozy! Here are some pictures of it!
This is the hope chest that Chris made me when he proposed to me. It looks so nice in the room! I am glad we finally found a great spot to put it! It is the most precious memory I own!
Now onto the guest bathroom... I'll keep you posted on the progress :)

I'm Back...And Better Than Ever!
So, I have not been able to blog from home for the past few months, which made it difficult to keep up with bloggin... But the Ireland's are up and running with internet again, so blogging will commence once again! I have a lot to catch up on since July, so I am going to post a few of the highlights of the past few months! Here we go...
August 8, 2008- Heidi (Chris' sister) got married in California! We went to Disneyland and then up to Sacramento for the wedding.
August 27, 2008- I was called and sustained as the Young Women's President of our ward on August 17th and we had our first combined Young Men/Young Women activity on the 27th. Here are a few memories of that first activity!
August 19, 2008- First day of school for the 2008-2009 school year!
October 30, 2008- I won tickets for the 2nd time on the radio for the 106.5 radio station's "Full Moon Bash"... I forgot my camera that night, so no pictures for this one :( Maybe next time!
December- Christmas Decorations!!! This is what our house looked like:
December 31, 2008- New Year's Eve- Our good friends Steve and Nikki (and baby girl Williams- who's expected to arrive any day now) had a very enjoyable New Year's Eve! We started the night out making our own pizza's, played a little "thump, thump" (a card game Chris and I learned over Christmas) and then played Rock
Band on ou
r wii... Here are some of the picture

Now that everyone is caught up, what kind of mother would I be if I didn't put up some pictures of my baby?!? He has become very good friends with my in-laws dog Chewy, so i put some of their recent pictures here too...

Man, Bauer is so stinking cute! Keep checking back for new blogs because I am promising I will be better at updating now!
